You certainly mean that you don't know which blog software to use, don't you?
Well, there're plenty of them. Among the most known are Wordpress, Textpattern, LifeType, ExpressionEngine (not free) and Serendipity.
Recommending a specific system is quite difficult if you don't provide us with details of what exactly you want to do and what requirements the software has to meet. ;)

Das war nur SEO-Spam, damit er mehr Backlinks bekommt, schreibt er seine Webseiten in die Signatur und damit der Spam nicht gelöscht wird, macht er ein "richtiges" Thema auf, daß er wahrscheinlich nie wieder ansehen wird.

WordPress is definitely the best, because it's easy to use and has many different designs (free download).
