Geh auf Piranho.de oder Pythal und dort registierst du dich. Dann installierst du dort PHPBB3 und schon haste...

Es wäre auch gut wenn du ne aktuellere Forensoftware verwendest. ;)
Zum einen ist dies sicherer und zum anderen ist die neuere Version von PHPBB einfach um tausendfach besser als PHPBB 2.
